SEND Primary & Secondary Tutors Required (EOTAS / Alternative Provision - Wokingham Area)
We are looking to engage qualified teachers and experienced tutors to support pupils across Wokingham and surrounding areas through 1:1 and small group tuition.
This work supports young people who are currently outside of mainstream education, including pupils accessing EOTAS provision and learners with SEND and/or SEMH needs.
There is immediate demand for tutors, with ongoing referrals expected throughout the remainder of the academic year and continuing into September 2026 and beyond.
⚠️ You must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
The Role
* Deliver tuition across core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
* Support primary and secondary-aged pupils
* Work with learners with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, and school avoidance
* Tuition may take place in homes, schools, community settings, or online
* Many referrals offer up to 5 days per week (approx. 3 hours per day)
Requirements
* QTS / QTLS or strong tutoring experience
* Experience with SEND, EOTAS, or alternative provision learners desirable
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong safeguarding awareness
* Ability to travel locally within Wokingham
