Location: Northampton
Salary: £37000-£45000 (dependent on experience)

An established and respected architectural practice in Northampton is looking to welcome a skilled Senior Architect to their growing team. The practice has a broad range of projects across residential, commercial and public sectors, and the firm is recognised for delivering tailored design solutions and maintaining high standards across all project stages.

Role Overview:
* Manage projects across all RIBA stages, from initial concept through to completion
* Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Develop detailed design and technical documentation
* Oversee project timelines and budgets
* Support and guide junior colleagues
What We're Looking For:
* Registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience
* ARB accreditation essential
* Solid understanding of current UK building regulations
* Strong Revit skills (essential)
* Excellent eye for design, technical acumen, and creative problem-solving
* Strong communicator with leadership capabilities
* Northampton-based or within a reasonable commuting distance
