Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who provide expert design services to the residential, education and transportation sectors. They are on the for an experienced and driven Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:
* Provide architectural services such as design and client liaison
* Drawing up measured building surveys
* Attend and give presentations, as well as forming part of bid teams
* Undertake site meeting and assist senior team members with project preparations
* Coordinate the design team and carry out brief taking and documentation
Skills and experience for the role Senior Architect:
* ARB registered
* Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience working across RIBA stages 1 through to 7
* Good experience managing projects across a broad range of sectors
* Excellent technical and design skills
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
