Daily Duties

* Lead architectural design and delivery on complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through completion

* Produce and review high-quality design documentation, ensuring adherence to design intent, technical standards and regulations

* Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

* Coordinate with consultants, clients and contractors, managing design integration and project risks

* Represent the studio at client meetings, design reviews and stakeholder engagements

* Champion design development within the studio, contributing to thought leadership and practice initiatives

* Support business development activities, including proposals, pitches and strategic client engagement

Ideal Candidate

* Experienced Senior Architect with a strong design portfolio and proven track record of delivery

* Chartered or eligible for professional accreditation with the relevant architectural body

* Confident leading project teams and managing complex architectural challenges

* Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills

* Strong technical understanding with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary information

* Proactive, positive and collaborative approach to design and teamwork

* Commitment to design quality, innovation and mentoring others
