With an impressive portfolio spanning residential, healthcare, and education sectors, the Birmingham studio is now seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Architect to take the lead on a series of significant healthcare projects from early design through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects across all RIBA stages

* Oversee concept development, planning submissions, and technical delivery

* Provide strong design leadership, ensuring project quality, innovation, and compliance

* Conduct site inspections and manage coordination during construction

* Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project progression

* Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing studio culture

Skills & Experience

* ARB-registered Architect

* Significant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice

* Strong track record of leading and running projects independently

* Proven expertise across all RIBA stages, from concept design to on-site delivery

* Proficiency in Revit is essential

* Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly beneficial

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

* Must be based within a commutable distance of the Birmingham studio
