Daily Duties

* Lead architectural design from concept to delivery across varied rural projects

* Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities

* Coordinate with planners, landscape designers, and other consultants

* Prepare proposals, presentations, and design documentation

* Mentor junior architects and support team development

Ideal Candidate

* Substantial post Part 3 experience in a UK based practice

* Proven track record in rural or residential projects, ideally including estate-scale or bespoke homes

* Strong business development and client management skills

* Excellent design, communication, and leadership abilities

* Passionate about sensitive, context-driven design and delivering high-quality outcomes
