Senior Architect

Location: London

Salary: £45-55,000

A design-led architectural studio in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its collaborative and creative team. The practice has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative work across the residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. This role offers the opportunity to take a lead position on design-focused projects from concept through to completion within a fast-paced yet supportive studio environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage architectural projects across all RIBA stages, from concept to completion

* Take responsibility for design direction, planning strategy, and technical delivery

* Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders

* Oversee and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction information

* Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements

* Mentor and support junior architects and assistants

* Contribute to studio standards, design quality, and team culture

Skills & Experience:

* ARB-registered Architect with strong experience delivering UK-based projects

* Excellent design capability supported by strong technical knowledge across all RIBA stages

* High proficiency in Vectorworks and Archicad is essential

* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

* Confident communicator with proven leadership and coordination skills

* Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset
