Daily Duties

* Leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projects

* Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact

* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants

* Overseeing project programmes, budgets, and resource planning

* Producing and reviewing design and technical documentation

* Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and quality standards

* Mentoring and supporting junior team members

* Contributing to design reviews, bids, and strategic input

Ideal Candidate

* ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience

* Proven track record of leading projects through all RIBA stages

* Strong design and technical delivery skills

* Proficiency in BIM, ideally Revit

* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities

* Commercial awareness and project management capability

* Passion for high-quality, sustainable design
