Daily Duties
* Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages
* Produce high-quality design proposals and technical drawings
* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
* Manage planning applications and Building Regulations submissions
* Undertake site visits and oversee projects during construction
* Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Maintain excellent technical and design standards throughout project delivery
Ideal Candidate
* ARB-registered Architect with several years' post-qualification experience
* Strong experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
* Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Experience leading projects and mentoring colleagues
* Full UK driving licence
* Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
