Daily Duties

* Lead projects across all RIBA stages

* Develop creative design solutions and detailed technical packages

* Prepare planning and Building Regulations submissions

* Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders

* Attend client meetings and site visits

* Oversee projects through construction

* Support junior team members and contribute to practice development

* Ensure projects meet programme, quality and budget requirements

Ideal Candidate

* ARB-registered Architect with strong extensive post-Part 3 experience

* Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages

* Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships

* Full UK driving licence

* Happy to work from the Devon office five days a week within an agile working environment
