Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
* Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare quotations and tender submissions
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other external team members
* Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation
* Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:
* ARB registered
* Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Experience managing and delivering residential and commercial projects
* Strong experience working across all RIBA work stages
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Experience managing a team in a previous role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Live within a commutable distance to the Colchester area
