Senior Architectural Technician

Responsibilities:
* Develop and coordinate comprehensive technical drawings and specifications, particularly across RIBA Stages 4-6
* Collaborate with architects and project leads to ensure seamless delivery of design intent
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure quality outcomes
* Support team coordination and mentor junior technicians as required
* Maintain compliance with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is highly desirable
Required Experience & Skills:
* HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
* Extensive UK-based experience in a technical role within an architectural practice
* Strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects
* Sector experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes
* Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
* CIAT membership or working towards accreditation is advantageous
