Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40-50,000

We are currently partnering with a renowned multidisciplinary construction consultancy in the search for an experienced and self-motivated Senior Architectural Technician to become part of their vibrant team in Birmingham. This role presents the chance to take the lead and actively participate in the delivery of technical packages across a range of projects, encompassing residential, care, education and emergency services developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking charge of producing and delivering technical packages for projects at varied stages.
* Contributing to the design and technical execution of diverse project categories.
* Providing support and guidance to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality output.
* Collaborating seamlessly across disciplines to ensure project triumph.
Requirements:
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM environments.
* Sound understanding of building regulations, approved documents, and planning policies.
* Prior experience in technical project delivery and familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work stages.
* Demonstrated ability to excel within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
