Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40-50,000
We are proud to be working in partnership with a respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy to recruit a skilled and driven Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the development and delivery of technical packages for a wide variety of projects, including residential, care, education, and emergency services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and delivery of detailed technical packages across multiple project phases
*
Contribute to both design and technical implementation across diverse project types
*
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, ensuring high-quality outcomes
*
Collaborate effectively with other disciplines to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
*
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows
*
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, approved documents, and planning policy
*
Proven experience in technical project delivery, with a good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work
*
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
