Key Responsibilities

* Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD

* Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction drawing packages

* Assist in the delivery of a wide range of rural development, diversification, and property projects

* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities

* Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary project teams

* Undertake site visits and surveys as required

* Ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards

* Contribute to project planning, technical problem-solving, and successful project delivery

Ideal Candidate

* Experienced Senior Architectural Technician with relevant project experience

* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing production

* Demonstrable experience preparing planning and construction documentation

* Good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment

* Comfortable working across a varied project portfolio and managing multiple priorities

* Full UK driving licence desirable
