Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
* Produce technical designs and drawings within project timelines
* Undertake site visits and surveys to assess site conditions
* Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
* Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
* BSC or HND within Architectural Technology
* Proficiency with Revit
* Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK Practice
* Experience working across all RIBA work stages
* Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations
* CIAT Registered would be desirable
* Experience leading projects within the residential sector
* Job Running experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
