£60,000-£75,000 + excellent benefits + clear progression pathway
Leading Multi-Disciplinary Property Consultancy
I'm working exclusively with a highly respected, long-established building consultancy known for its technical excellence, supportive culture, and strong presence across the UK. They are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing London team.
This is an opportunity to step into a role with genuine variety, autonomy, and the chance to progress quickly within a thriving business.
The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be working across a broad range of commercial instructions, including:
* Technical due diligence
* Dilapidations (acting for both landlords and tenants)
* Project work including contract administration and project monitoring
* Building surveys and PPMs
* Party wall matters
* Professional advisory work for high-profile investor, developer, and occupier clients
You'll join a collaborative team, working alongside experienced Directors who will support your professional development while giving you room to lead.
What You'll Bring
* MRICS qualification
* Strong technical knowledge across both project and professional services
* Confidence in client-facing situations and a commercial mindset
* Desire to take ownership of work and help grow the London offering
* Ability to mentor junior surveyors (advantageous)
