Key Responsibilities
*
Deliver civil engineering designs with a focus on residential developments
*
Manage client relationships and demonstrate commercial awareness
*
Knowledge of Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104
*
Take a hands-on role in design and project delivery
*
Support the Regional Director in developing and mentoring a growing team
*
Lead projects from concept through to completion
Key Requirements
*
At least 10 years experience in UK design consultancy
*
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes or equivalent software
*
Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
*
Confident working directly with clients and managing multiple projects
*
Eager to contribute to the development of a new regional team
