The Role
As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead ecological input across projects, manage surveys, and deliver high-quality reports and assessments. The Senior Ecologist will also mentor junior staff, liaise with clients, support bid preparation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You'll play a key role in shaping project outcomes and driving innovation within the team.
Requirements
* Degree in Ecology or related field
* Minimum 5+ years' consultancy experience
* Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and survey techniques
* Experience with EcIA, licensing, and mitigation
* Membership of CIEEM (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence
* Full right to work in the UK
* Must live in or near the Birmingham office
