Salary Range: £48,000-£56,000

A well-regarded environmental Ground Investigation Consultancy in Ilford is looking to appoint a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant to strengthen its land contamination and remediation team. This role will see you taking a technical lead on a wide range of ground-related projects across London and the wider South East, with genuine scope to influence project delivery and progress your career.

Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant Overview

* Plan, specify and manage Phase I, II and III site assessments.

* Produce and review technical reports, risk evaluations and remediation design documents.

* Undertake contaminated land investigations across soil, groundwater, gas and waste streams.

* Review project outputs to ensure they meet regulatory and industry standards.

* Collaborate closely with field operatives, geotechnical specialists and design teams throughout project lifecycles.

The Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant selected will hold a BSc or MSc in an environmental or engineering-related subject (geology, geoscience, earth sciences etc) and bring a high level of experience in contaminated land assessment, remediation, and ground investigation. Candidates should be based in or near to Ilford, possess a full UK driving licence, have the right to work in the UK and hold a valid CSCS card.

Chartered status or progress towards it, along with experience reviewing geotechnical design work, will be viewed favourably.
