My client, a large, highly-respected, world class Multidisciplinary Consultancy is searching for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join their expert team of design engineers, located near the beautiful city of Kingston-upon-Thames.
Essential Criteria:
* A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
* Recognised Chartered Status (or working to attain this)
* Extensive experience in multidisciplinary design delivery
* Good working knowledge of hydraulic design of water and wastewater treatment plant design, pipeline design, and surge analysis
* Excellent understanding of UK design standards and any relevant section agreements
* Experience of the use of relevant software packages, including HADES, VARISIM, WANDA, etc.
It would also be beneficial for applicants for the role of Senior Hydraulic Engineer to possess the following:
* Stakeholder management across the public and private sectors
* Experience of having managed and mentored a team of colleagues
* Demonstrable experience of project management
As a Senior Hydraulic Engineer, you will be joining a growing team of dedicated design engineering specialists, working on a number of varied, high-profile projects across a varied landscape.
