Senior Insolvency Administrator responsibilities include:
Managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner
Attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties
working collaboratively with directors and employees both pre and post appointment as ell as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases
Attending meetings with shareholders and creditors
Being a point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends
As a Senior insolvency Administrator, you will be/have:
ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified
A good amount of insolvency experience
The ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress
An experienced case handler
