As a Senior Machine Operator , your responsibilities will include:
Setting up machines at the start of shift to ensure production is ready to run
Completing product changeovers and clean-downs to a high standard
Keeping machinery running at full capacity while managing issues under pressure
Monitoring equipment performance and resolving faults to minimise downtime
Carrying out safety checks and maintaining a safe working environment
Training and supporting new Machine Operators on standards and best practice
As a Senior Machine Operator , your experience will include:
Proven experience operating and setting up machinery within Manufacturing or Production
Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced or stressful environments
High attention to detail with the discipline to follow procedures consistently
