The Role: As Senior Management Accountant, you'll be instrumental in delivering timely and accurate financial information, improving processes, and partnering with operational stakeholders across the business. This broad and commercially focused position requires both technical capability and strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the month-end and year-end management accounts processesPrepare detailed variance analysis and insightful reporting for senior stakeholdersOwn budgeting and forecasting cycles, working with department headsProvide accurate production cost data to operational teamsManage payroll processes and liaise with HMRC and pension providersOversee fixed assets and ensure accuracy of balance sheet reconciliationsSupport statutory audit preparation and external reportingChampion continuous improvement across financial systems and reportingPartner with the wider business to drive performance and efficiencyRequirements: Strong experience producing management accounts and financial reportsConfident in handling month-end, budgeting, and forecasting independentlyExcellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systemsAnalytical, proactive, and adaptable with a commercial mindsetStrong communication and teamworking abilitiesWillingness to grow with the business and take on additional responsibilityWhy Apply?
