We're recruiting on behalf of a growing international business entering an exciting phase of investment, transformation and expansion. With ambitious growth plans, a new ERP implementation on the horizon and an experienced Group Finance Director driving positive change, they're looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a position. This is a broad, commercially focused Senior Management Accountant role where you'll become a trusted member of the finance leadership team, taking ownership of key reporting processes while helping to improve systems, controls and the way finance supports the wider business. As the business continues to grow, there will be genuine opportunity for the role to develop alongside you. The RoleWorking closely with the Group Finance Director, you'll take responsibility for producing accurate and insightful financial information across multiple entities while supporting a range of finance improvement projects. Key responsibilities include: Producing monthly management accounts and leading month end activitiesReviewing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controlsSupporting statutory reporting, audit and VAT complianceProviding meaningful financial analysis to support business decisionsAssisting with cashflow reporting and working capital managementSupporting the implementation of Microsoft Business CentralHelping develop finance processes and mentoring junior members of the teamWe're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong management accounting experience and excellent Excel skills. You'll be naturally curious, keen to improve processes and comfortable working in a fast moving commercial environment. Previous exposure to ERP projects, Power BI or multi entity businesses would be beneficial but isn't essential.
