The Role
You'll play a key part in shaping and delivering planning applications across a diverse project portfolio-ranging from residential and mixed-use schemes to data centres, airports, retail, logistics hubs, and major infrastructure initiatives. Working closely with planning and technical specialists, you'll help drive successful outcomes for clients and communities alike.
What We're Looking For
* RTPI Chartered Town Planner (or eligible for chartered status).
* Experience in planning consultancy or local government.
* Strong knowledge of planning policy and local planning frameworks.
* Enthusiasm for planning, development, and environmental matters.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
* Commercial awareness and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
