Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, the team is now seeking an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join their collaborative planning department at their Truro office.
The Opportunity:
You'll play a key role in delivering a wide variety of planning projects - from bespoke residential schemes and rural developments to large-scale mixed-use sites. Working alongside an in-house team of planners, architects, and landscape designers, you'll enjoy genuine project ownership and the chance to contribute to high-profile work across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals.
*
Provide strategic planning advice to a diverse client base including private developers, landowners, and architects.
*
Manage client relationships and liaise with local planning authorities.
*
Support and mentor junior colleagues as the team continues to grow.
About You:
*
MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards it).
*
Experience gained within a planning consultancy or local authority environment.
*
A strong understanding of the planning system, ideally with experience in rural or coastal development contexts.
*
Excellent communication, report-writing, and project management skills.
