As a Senior Programme Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading NPI programme delivery , ensuring contractual obligations are met
Managing stakeholder relationships and acting as escalation point for customers and OEMs
Driving cost control and reporting on programme performance to senior management
Coaching and mentoring Programme Managers to achieve best practice
Overseeing risk management and mitigation across the NPI portfolio
As a Senior Programme Manager, your experience will include:
Proven programme management experience in complex, high-value manufacturing/engineering projects
Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
Ideally, a formal PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or AGILE Practitioner
