The Role
As a Senior Planner, you'll work on a wide variety of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You'll take a leading role in preparing and managing planning applications, appeals, and strategic planning advice, while mentoring junior team members and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit planning applications, policy representations, and appeals
* Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues
* Contribute to business development and identify new opportunities
About You
* MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership (ideal)
* Proven experience within a consultancy, local authority, or developer environment
* Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently or as part of a team
