Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Chartered Town Planner - The Role:
* Lead on the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
* Provide professional planning advice to clients and colleagues across multiple sectors.
* Prepare high-quality reports, planning statements, and supporting documentation.
* Engage with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and community groups.
* Support junior colleagues through mentoring and guidance.
* Contribute to the growth of the planning service by developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Chartered Town Planner - Requirements:
* MRTPI accredited Town Planner.
* 3-6 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within consultancy or multidisciplinary practice.
* Proven track record managing planning applications and appeals.
* Strong report writing and presentation skills.
* Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and confidence working with clients.
