Senior Town Planner - Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits

Are you an experienced Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with a highly respected national consultancy known for its innovation in land, property, and development services to find a Senior Town Planner to join their growing Birmingham team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across both public and private sectors, from large-scale regeneration schemes to strategic land promotion. The Role

As Senior Town Planner, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality planning advice and project management. You'll support major planning applications, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of the team and client base.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a varied caseload of planning projects from inception to completion.

*

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.

*

Undertaking site appraisals, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

*

Providing strategic advice to clients across commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments.

*

Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development activities.

About You

You'll be MRTPI qualified (or working towards it) with a strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy. You should have experience in consultancy or local authority planning and enjoy a mix of independent and team-based work.
