Service Coordinator | Wareham | £24,500

Are you an organised and detail-focused individual who takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan? Do you thrive in a structured, reliable environment where precision and consistency are key?

As a Service Coordinator , you'll be at the heart of the service department, managing service calls, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring seamless coordination of engineering appointments. This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll be able to contribute to the team's success by bringing order to complex processes and maintaining clear, accurate records.

Although prior experience in a service or installation role would be beneficial, we're more interested in someone who can demonstrate a methodical approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality results.

As a Service Coordinator, you'll benefit from:

A structured and supportive work environment where precision is valued

Opportunities to take ownership of your work and contribute to continuous improvement

A well-organised team that values your contribution to operational success

As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Service Call Management : Oversee the lifecycle of service calls from initial customer contact to resolution and closure.

Customer Troubleshooting : Assist customers over the phone to resolve minor issues, ensuring minimal need for follow-up visits.

Engineering Appointment Coordination : Schedule and manage appointments for the engineering team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Accurate Record Keeping : Maintain precise records in the CRM system and ensure adherence to company processes and policies.

Component Ordering : Order and track necessary parts and components to ensure engineering teams are fully equipped for service appointments.

As a Service Coordinator, your skills and experience will include:

Strong organisational and administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

A methodical, structured approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM systems

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

A reliable and responsible work ethic, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

If you are someone who thrives on structure, enjoys a methodical approach to problem-solving, and values precision in your work, this role could be a great fit for you.
