Ensuring jobs are actioned within agreed timeframes, including engineer scheduling and supplier liaison

Preparing and sending quotations with accurate labour and margin details

Processing customer purchase orders in line with internal procedures

Keeping customers updated with clear job statuses and weekly reports

Ensuring paperwork, certification and system notes are completed accurately and on time

As a Service Coordinator, your experience will include:

Being a great communicator with a confident telephone manner

Strong IT skills , including updating systems accurately
