Position: Service Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 8am – 4pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 pro rota

Now seeking a Service Coordinator to join their well-established team.
About your new Service Coordinator role
- Receiving, logging, and coordinating service requests from customers.
- Scheduling engineer visits and ensuring timely completion of service calls.
- Liaising between engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate service records and updating job management systems.
- Managing parts requirements for service jobs and coordinating deliveries.
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
What you will need for this Service Coordinator role
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or customer service (mechanical/engineering background beneficial but not always required).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good IT skills; familiar with office systems and service management software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
