Service Delivery Leader
Location: Bromley
Salary: £15.75 per hour
Hours Per Week: 37.5

The Role
As a Service Delivery Lead it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure they are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.
You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
They are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards this qualification.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 16:30, with Bank Holidays off.
Their day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life-skills and build confidence.
Their caring and friendly staff, encourage people they support to participate in various activities that challenges them to reach their full potential. Activities that include arts & crafts, sport, fitness and wellbeing, and gardening and horticulture
