Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker looking to join a growing manufacturing business with a reputation for engineering excellence?
Our client is a specialist manufacturer supplying bespoke products to customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to recruit a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join their established production team in Staplehurst.
The Role
Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality sheet metal components to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities include:
* Bending, forming, fabricating and finishing sheet metal components
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Deburring, drilling and carrying out general sheet metal duties
* Spot welding components where required
* Producing work to high quality standards and customer specifications
* Working safely within ISO 9001 quality procedures
We're looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or fine limit sheet metal work
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience with fabrication and sheet metal assemblies
* Competence in deburring, drilling and spot welding
* Experience working within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
Desirable
* TIG welding experience
* LVD CNC press brake experience
* Power rollers or guillotine experience
