My client is a well-established and trusted provider of tool and equipment hire services across the UK. With a reputation for quality, safety, and reliability, they are now looking to add a Tool Hire Engineer to their growing team to support continued customer demand.
About Your New Small Tools Fitter Role
- Carry out service, repairs and maintenance on 2/4 stroke equipment
- Carry out PAT testing on all electrical tools
- Test and run electrical tools to ensure they are in full working order before hire
- Tag all tools following completion of test and run
- Service and repair petrol and diesel-powered tools and equipment
Requirements for the Small Tools Fitter Role
- Previous experience servicing and repairing tools, plant, or small engine equipment
- PAT testing experience or certification preferred
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (mechanical and electrical)
- Organised and safety-conscious with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
