Salary : FTE: £27,694, Pro-rata £25,339 - £25,727 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay

Vacancy Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, term-time only

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading the day‑to‑day operations of the Catering Department, ensuring high standards, effective teamwork, and a positive, professional service across the site.
