SEN Teaching Assistant - Bristol (ASAP Start)

Role:
* Support students with complex needs and help manage challenging behaviours.
* Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning support.

Requirements:
* Experience with children or young adults with additional needs.
* Strong behaviour management skills; positive handling training is a plus.
* Patient, compassionate, proactive, with a passion for SEN support.
