We're Looking For:

Previous experience in care, education, or support roles, ideally involving PMLD, complex physical needs, or severe learning difficulties.

Familiarity with personalised communication methods (e.g., AAC, Makaton, PECS), sensory integration, and positive behaviour support.

*

A calm, patient, and proactive approach, focused on promoting dignity, engagement, and wellbeing for every learner.

*

A strong commitment to safeguarding, welfare, and inclusive practices.

*

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for a new one promptly.

*

The ability to provide two professional references relevant to supporting individuals with complex needs.
