* Support pupils with Speech, Communication and Language Needs (SCLN), including complex communication profiles
* Produce high-quality clinical reports for Annual Reviews and EHCP processes
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (including Occupational Therapists, teachers and support staff) across both sites
* Embed therapy targets into the curriculum through a whole-school, total communication approach
* Support the development and implementation of AAC strategies across the school
* Lead training, workshops, and coaching to upskill staff in specialist communication approaches
* Support pupils' communication development in functional, vocational, and community contexts (particularly for older learners)
* Work in partnership with families to promote consistency and communication development at home
* Contribute to maintaining a communication-rich, inclusive learning environment

* Empathetic, enthusiastic, and committed to improving long-term outcomes, including independence and preparation for adulthood
* A creative and adaptable clinician able to tailor interventions across developmental stages
* An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with pupils, families, and professionals
* Organised and confident managing a caseload across two sites
* Flexible and resilient, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Fully aligned with a holistic, child-centred ethos
Essential Requirements
* Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy
* Current HCPC registration
