As a Stores Operative , your responsibilities will include:
Picking, packing and accurately processing incoming orders
Replenishing stock and maintaining organised product displays for customer walk ins
Supporting onsite service activities by preparing components and ensuring parts are available
Advising customers at the trade counter, including farmers, engineers and tradespeople
Recommending suitable parts or alternative solutions when equipment breaks down
Visiting clients when required to assist with stock checks or technical queries
As a Stores Operative , your experience will include:
Practical, hands on experience repairing or working on machinery , tools, vehicles or equipment
Confident customer service skills, ideally gained within a trade counter , retail, engineering or parts environment
Willingness to learn detailed product information across multiple industrial categories
Comfort working Saturdays as part of your weekly schedule
