About the Role - Student Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs

* Build positive, trusting relationships to promote emotional wellbeing

* Support behaviour management, communication, and social development

* Work with teaching staff to adapt lessons and improve engagement

* Encourage participation in learning and whole-school activities

* Help maintain a safe, stable, and inclusive environment for all pupils
