The Role Supply Teacher Barnsley helping educaiton and training
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school or confidently adapt learning where required.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
* Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Ensure pupils remain engaged and continue to make progress during teacher absence.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leaders.
What We're Looking For Supply Teacher Barnsley
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
* Confidence teaching across a range of year groups is desirable.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
