The Role
They're currently looking for an experienced RICS Residential Surveyor to join them on a contract or permanent basis to help meet growing demand.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced surveyor who wants steady, flexible work without the hassle of admin, marketing, or client management. They handle all bookings, payments, and client communication - you simply inspect, report, and get paid.
Skills and Qualifications
* RICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS)
* Experience conducting residential Level 2 surveys
* Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
* Reliable time management and professionalism
