Sustainability Consultant - LCA
London
£45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
A leading sustainability consultancy is seeking a talented and driven Sustainability Consultant with a strong focus on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to join their growing London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable design and innovation, contributing to high-impact projects across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and manage Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for a range of building and infrastructure projects
* Advise clients on whole life carbon, embodied carbon strategies, and circular economy principles
* Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and guidance documents
* Liaise with design teams, developers, and contractors to embed sustainability at early design stages
* Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and tools related to LCA and sustainability reporting
* Support wider sustainability consultancy services, such as BREEAM, WELL, and carbon footprinting, as required
Key Requirements:
* A degree in sustainability, environmental science, architecture, engineering, or a related field
* Proficiency in OneClick LCA
* Strong knowledge of UK Net Zero and carbon reduction frameworks, including LETI, RIBA, and GLA requirements
* Experience with wider environmental assessments (e.g. BREEAM, WELL, LEED) is advantageous
