Tax Advisory Manager - Top 50 Firm - London, East Anglia, Midlands, South-East England

Are you a technically strong tax professional looking to step completely away from compliance and routine timesheets? Do you want the unique autonomy to mold your own role and specialize in the specific transactional tax areas that fascinate you most? This purely advisory-led opportunity allows you to deliver bespoke structural tax solutions directly alongside regional Directors and Partners.

About the Firm

This Top 30 Firm is the UK+rsquo;s largest purpose-led, purpose-built accountancy practice, recognized for building deep, valuable relationships across its regional network. Dedicated to providing a modern and progressive workplace, the firm completely rejects traditional timesheet tracking, offering an environment focused entirely on qualitative performance and collaborative technical growth.

As a Tax Advisory Manager you will:

Manage and deliver bespoke corporate tax advisory projects, with a strong focus on corporate restructuring, complex reorganisations, business succession, and exit planning.

Provide comprehensive transaction tax support, including corporate due diligence, acquisition structuring, and the review of funds flows and transaction documentation.

Advise clients on complex property tax planning, including ownership structures, refinancing, and specialist SDLT, LBTT, or LTT relief claims.

Prepare clear technical tax reports, clearance applications, and client-facing advice notes for entrepreneurs, family businesses, and property clients.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a CTA qualification, or equivalent professional tax credential.

Demonstrate comprehensive UK tax technical knowledge specifically centered on capital taxes, corporate groups, and issues affecting owner-managed businesses.

Have direct experience preparing technical tax advice, research papers, and structured client-facing advisory reports.
