Tax Senior Manager - Wealth + Asset Management +ndash; Big 4 +ndash; London
Are you a Tax Senior Manager with tax advisory experience in Asset Management and international tax fund structuring?

Tax Senior Manager responsibilities will include:
Managing the delivery of technically complex tax advisory projects across a range of matters including fund tax, international tax, UK corporation tax, UK income tax, capital gains tax
Being a primary point of contact for clients
Driving the firm+rsquo;s growth strategy in the asset management and private capital market
Managing of the team both in terms of strategy and operations and through managing staff development and assignments
As a Tax Senior Manager you will be/have:
CTA qualified
Over 7 years+rsquo; Tax experience and proven experience with Asset Management clients
Experience in business development and can prove previous instances where they have won new business and/or developed their existing portfolio
Experience across a range of fund tax matters, including fund formation, acquisitions and disposals of assets
Experience managing an supporting a team
