Secondary Teacher of Media - Canterbury
Academics have been approached by a well-respected secondary school in Canterbury who are seeking a Teacher of Media for a full time role. This contract is starting in January and will run until the end of the academic year. There is a strong possibility of a permanent contract being offered at the end of the contract.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Be a qualified Teacher (QTS - PGCE, B.Ed, GTP)
* Be experienced in planning an appropriate and challenging curriculum
* Have a thorough knowledge of present curriculum developments, particularly those relating to Media
* Be an inspiring teacher with real enthusiasm for the subject
* Be able to motivate their students
* Be committed to high standards for both staff and students
* Be prepared to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school.
* Have excellent knowledge/experience of teaching Media
