We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant 3 / Cover Supervisor to join our team in Kempston on a permanent, part-time basis. This role will be based across two well-resourced sites and involves working closely with pupils with a range of learning needs.

You will actively support all areas of the curriculum and play a key role in helping our pupils make progress, both academically and socially. Our approach is fun, inclusive, and celebrates every small step of achievement made by our learners.

Key Requirements of a Teaching Assistant 3 / Cover Supervisor:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification

* Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills

* Ability to Commute to Kempston

* Leadership and communication skills

* Experience or knowledge of special educational needs is desirable, but full induction and ongoing training are provided

As a Teaching Assistant 3 / Cover Supervisor, you will be expected to cover classes using provided planning, ensuring continuity of learning in a supportive and structured environment.
